Privacy notice

Dalken Construction & Co ("we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, project location, photos and a description of the work.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you engage us for. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your details stay within Dalken, except where we need to share them with a subcontractor or supplier to carry out your job, or where the law requires it. The quote form opens WhatsApp or your email app, so those messages are also handled under the privacy terms of WhatsApp or your email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the work, warranty and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us:
